A plan for protecting the drinking water supplies of Harpers Ferry/Bolivar utility customers has been filed with the WV Bureau for Public Health. The Source Water Protection Plan identifies potential threats to our drinking water supplies, describes how our local utility operates under these criteria, and, importantly, how all of us can be involved in protecting drinking water — no matter where in the Elks Run watershed you live!
